As women, we share so many experiences that shape who we are… due to biology, societal influences, and herstory. And so, working through common issues via established, psychologically developed, feminine architypes, is a fantastic way to heal and grow.

• What these archetypes are about and how they affect us throughout our lives.
• The wounds we carry around each, how they may still be affecting us and what to do about that.
• How to become more balanced and achieve more satisfaction and joy.

You possess the power... You control your narrative
Where we have come from, and how we have been conditioned to view ourselves has coloured everything – from what we choose to study and the careers we pursue, to how we view and conduct ourselves within our various modern-day roles. The unconscious emotional patterns that each of us formed in childhood are also very much at play in the background – and this will continue to be so until they’ve been recognized for what they are and released.
Together, we’ll gently uncover, release, and rewrite these patterns to create more empowered and aligned versions of ourselves.
Seasonally, we’ll explore and embody new archetypes based on the Wheel of the Year.
